Did anyone else notice the safety harness not being connected to anything? I've definitely been there tho 😂 I get it
What do you mean by liters a day? Because couple of day ago we used x7 and we sprayed 25 gallons of paint in 3 hours and there was no issue with it running and it's still going strong
Everything you need to know. "Its amazing!"
Josh, i hope you're well, mate. I've picked up one of these machines myself. I'm looking forward to spraying doors, door frames, and window frames with it, primarily in an acrylic based paint for trim. I'm just curious, have you tried using enamel paint through it? And if so, how did it spray?
Not sure what you mean by conditions what ever you set the pressure to thats what it should stay no matter what.
That is correct. However with larger airless sprayers, particularly when running greater lengths of hose and spraying thicker materials, pressure drop is a very real variable that needs to be considered.
You supposed to release the trigger so the pressure remains the same...
Every time the trigger is released, depending on your model of sprayer, there is a dead band in pressure where the piston pump will need to build enough pressure to stall at your desired setting. The newer tech gets, the better the reduction in that dead band.
@@GOIndustrial just a bad habit to get into will cause more problems in the long run
Thanks for explaining
You’re welcome!
Which machine would be best recommended for occasional doors, cabinets, and interior woodwork
So cool but extremely over priced
Has it broken yet
Nope! Going as strong as ever 🤝
@@GOIndustrial how many ltrs would you say you've put through it..
I have a graco project plus sprayer and I’ve been painting the exterior of a 3 bedroom house. I’m almost completely done with the house and my sprayer won’t spray paint anymore. It primes and sprays water out and then it’ll get paint starting to go through then just stop. Is my pump going out or does that just mean it’s clogged somewhere?
Homeowners, you can spray your whole house inside and out with this.
I’m using my quick shot for the first time, it’s a little more intensive to clean than my graco tc pro
Hello, thanks for the lesson. How can I get the repair kits for 3400?
How do you unscrew trigger if pressure is full
I bought that new ultra quick shot with the dewalt battery mix spraying so much easier. I'm saying it really slow it's so much easier
Good video
Effing great, mate!
Thanks a lot!
When did you change tips? Did the true airless tips not work?
They definitely do work! We’ve just sprayed a lot more with our contractor FFLP tips and are very familiar with how they atomise, so we swapped one in for the ease of the job 😊
why does no one make a paint sprayer that can do both kinds of paint and is made good like the old ones. either way you gotta clean them and a metal unit is easier and you can thin your paint and get more money out of it if you want
Ayooooo
You spent zero time pointing out the packing and how there different on both sides ,
Totally agree I’ve done this before you should’ve explain which way they go in
I've got a festool rotex 150 , and a rupes Scorpio E, had them both for years , great sanders, but I've heard these cordless are just as good/ powerful. Might look at getting one to try myself. Good video 👍👍
What is the difference between that with the cart version? The cart is about almost 200 expensive.
The ProX19 cart has a slightly larger motor, and therefore can handle a slightly bigger max tip size, and deliver more flow. It’ll be pretty minimal over a few jobs - it’s really down the user preference and whether you’d prefer a cart with wheels, or a stand!
Is it plug in electric pump or gas?
Plug in electric. 10 amp wall plug for us here in Australia!
I think we all the pasión to explain everything in detail …. But … bro ! Please more down to earth !! Sfx25 with this jose end the other and DGpc3 with this and that ….. bro were normal people trying to paint few walls !!!!!!!!!!
Im trying to paint my whole exterior and interior in my 2 story house will the x7 do the job? I bought it before i watched this and still have it in the box
I have a refurbished X5 that I bought about 9 months ago. I just tried using it this weekend. It primes just fine but when I switch over to spray, it makes one little noise and then nothing. No spray at all no matter where I put the pressure knob. I tried it last weekend, cleaned it up and tried again this weekend and nothing. When I take the spray hose off, nothing is in it. Any suggestions?
Thanks and hello from Canada. I have a Graco and bought an extension but I wasn't able to stop it from leaking...I knicked it as you show, but still leaks. I added teflon tape....and that helped even though the Graco rep told me "no Teflon tape, they are not designed for it". ...I think he said something else but can't recall. Thank again.
Is it a Greco or Titan extension or is an aftermarket I've had problems with the aftermarket ones leaking. Also check and see if there's a little Teflon washer if it's in there sometimes they forget to put them in there The Greco extension has a Teflon washer built into it the aftermarkets the Teflon washer just sets in there and can fall out
Cool video.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Does this work with oil based paints
Sure does! And solvent based paints also.
question for you I cannot get the two front black plastic octagon screws off they seem to be very delicate any suggestions. I do not want to strip them.
Great video. But how to free the pin if seized, like I have, obviously caused by not cleaning properly.
I bought the Magnum X7. I have to paint the other half (interior) of my house. Four closets, bedroom, kitchen (and cabinets), pantry, and ceilings. Might paint my shed, too. Might take it out and try and make a little money with it. Thinking back, I should've bought the next step up. Hoping I can get some work to pay for X17. I take very good care of my tools, so maybe it will last longer than expected.
This is 220V?
How much SQFT does a typical 1 gallon of stain cover with spraying?
And the tip itself can push out the one seal
Yep this is right! Definitely need to include this in our next video 🤝
Loving your videos. Just finished my apprenticeship n this is the 1 piece of equipment im saving up for. Do you always recommend the FFLP tips for the quick shot?? Thanks
Definitely recommend the FFLP tips for the quickshot!
I have the Magnum X7.
If it can't spray latex roof coating it's a waste of money.
Great video Josh... Thanks again brother
My pleasure!!
What about latex roof coating. It's basically just wster based latex paint
You should be using it to paint graffiti, not paint over it
Why not both 🤷
Good video, Nick! However, at the end of assembly those dog years on the lower intake, housing should be tapped with a hammer to snug that seat up against that O-ring. Bottom housing has a cut, and that O-ring needs to be set down in the narrower part to make sure it doesn’t blow out during operation. Way to go, keep them coming!
can the x7 handle kilz oil base primer
I got a question and I wonder if you guys can help me.... my mirka deros 5.0 started a weird vibration and noise, Looked up and nothing is loose... don't know what to do, if you can give some advice I appreciate
Thanks for your comment! You're best to get in touch with your nearest local repairer to assess the tool. If you're based in Australia, you're more than welcome to contact us at [email protected]. Is it not necessary to have a 2nd guy follow and brush in the the stain for better adhesion/crevices?
Can you paint whole house?
Simply paint without cleaning or sanding. Unbelievable. 🤦♂
Great video Now I know how to clean it better
