Here's the GO Industrial guide to collecting your order from Graco's central warehouse, located at 448 Boundary Road, Derrimut, VIC, 3026. The warehouse is located off Foxley Avenue, as depicted in the video. Graco is located at gate 2, in which you will need to speak to the security gain to gain access to the correct door.
An existing order is required through GO Industrial in order to visit the warehouse. Once your order has been completed via the online store (leave order notes if needing to collect from Derrimut, VIC), our helpful team will reach out immediately via phone or email to provide these instructions for your order collection.
You will require a customer pickup number in order to retrieve your goods. The GO Industrial team will provide this number in a timely manner, however please be mindful that the warehouse needs sufficient time to pick, and pack your order.
Graco Australia's warehouse is in the care of Kuehne & Nagel, please communicate directly with the GO Industrial team if there are any issues when picking up your order, or navigating to the warehouse.
