  I am a French speaking person from Canada. And again, the French market has been set aside. Lots of stamping sets have not been translated. I understand that the French market in Canada might not be enough. Very disappointed.

  The index is great. BUT........... I find the new catalog very confusing and frustrating. Not a fan of the new format. I think is the worst catalog for crafting supplies I have ever seen. I understand that targeting online customers and using online options is important, however, the layout is HORRIBLE! An organized, structured catalog is necessary for GREAT sales. Having all DSP on ONE page, a page with pictures of dies that aren't part of a bundle and colors not listed on the embellishments are some big misses. We need less pictures of people and more pictures of products. NOT A HAPPY STAMPER/DEMO 😥🤔

  I am sorry i do not agree the response Has been been positive by Cory .this catalogue is a cut back and cut back on choices of products .A anew format or catalogue should not need any video explanation if common sense plays a key part in understanding or selling products in this new catalogue BUT because it is a jumbled format it has caused unecessary headaches for us demos .Most of the unhappy posts have been removed to make it look like the responses has been not negative but positive .Here in the UK one name of a demo who put here a genuine concern and post on who by the way is a big demo , has now gone ,she like me is disappointed ,unhappy and it has caused her customers to be unhappy too. W ith this poor catalogue.I think it is time Stampin Up STOPPED disregarding the word unhappy negative and listen to a majority. A majority of demos hate this catalogue .so if you wish to make demos happy LISTEN. Next year it will be interesting to ses if the catalogue is made improved and made better .MORE choices of products and no more price increases. Because that is happening far too often now with Stampin Up. Example £3.00 for basic white price increase, in the new idea book is not fair and white cardstock is global easy to obtain competative quality too ,so customers may think hey i will shop else where .
