the great belt bridge connection is 11.18 miles long, and was for some years the world largest suspension bridge with a span of 1.009 miles between the 2 "towers" and till this day, it's still the biggest in europe, and 3rd largest in the world only beaten by the japanese Akashi Kaikyo bridge and the chinese Xihoumen bridge.. the bridge is connected by a small island called "sprogø" directly translated to english meaning "languageisland" and another fun fact is, that sprogø was from 1923-1961 a place where "morally defect" women would be placed, (the bridge work started in 1988 and lasted till 1998) so back then they would be sailed out there :)

I mean, yeah you are *pretty* heavily taxed as you say there in the US, but you also have a bottomless defense budget, that you pay for with your taxes. Our taxes goes to free schooling, free healthcare and all other stuff

We do pay 39% gross tax, on top comes the "Arbejds marked bidrag" which is an extra 8% so you'll in total be paying 47% tax.. however, all well spend! Schools are paid for, health care is paid for, basically everything you need to survive is paid for. As a student, i'm even getting paid to go to school. "Only" $430 a month, which btw, is getting taxed at 47% but STILL! I'm not complaining.

I was there in a tight spot. Drove 1,291 with my girls, nephew and niece to go see him. He did such a awesome job. Made me cry when he came out.. and seeing jimin there to support him made him happy. 💜💜🦄🐥

About the part of1/3 being born at home. We do not do it all by ourselves. There are nurses and other people you can call that will help you give birth in your own home. I was born at home and my mother called some people to help her with her birth of me. Also about tall people. I am 15 years old, have size 48 eu and size 11 American size shoes. I am already 6 feet tall and still growing. Idk from who I got it from cause only me and my brother are the tallest people in the family

As a Dane, I’d like to say, that yes, the sirens gets played annually, and it’s to test if the alarms still work, I believe, in case they need to be fixed. And it’s not only in case of Germans invading, it’s more like invasion in general, I think. (Here’s a small fun fact: (This fun fact really has nothing to do with the sirens, just thought it’d be fun to leave here, lol) there’s an ancient law from decades ago, that if the ocean between Sweden and Denmark freezes completely, and the Swedes decides to cross it, we’re allowed to hit them with sticks, but if it’s the other way around, the Swedes may smack us with fish. This is a legit law, that is still there, from what I know, but I think it’s only there as a joke.)
