Angami and cheka forbid their younger brother sumi from using that stone which started a quarrel between brothers and that compelled their mother to burn down that stone. It is also believed that along with the spirit bird (that ascended to heaven) came a magnificent beautiful rooster and flew northwards direction (present zunheboto areas)which their mother asked her sumi son to follow that rooster, and in turn led to new settlements

I remembery mom telling me about this atrocity years after it happened. During the indiscriminate firing by the indians, a mother at her home was holding her infant baby and looking to hide when a stray bullet hit her, severing her 2 fingers and instantly unaliving her infant baby. Thank you Indians. Thank you

This was done by Congress. I'm not saying BJP is better but fk them both. Most people have forgotten the atrocities commited by indians and now Naga women are sleeping with the enemy.

Really appreciate the upload. Its very impt for all of us but rare to find in today's time. This kind of documentation takes a great deal of effort and risks too on the editorial part. But whatever the circumstance may arise we should really preserve our lores and songs as a part of one's own identity so as to not say that a dog had eaten it away.

Just one of the many stories of the atrocities committed by the Indian Armies in our soil, the sacrifices the innocent public had to make, which were just a daily story back then. The Indian Armies or any security forces of the Indian govt, do not deserve to set their foot in the Naga Soil, whereas our own Naga National Freedom fighters have turned against the Naga Public to traumatize us instead of fighting for the naga freedom. The Irony that we have become.

The indian army may tell the world how courageous they are but the nagas knows how scared they are of the naga army bullets. They may shout to the world how courageous they are but we know they would hide behind civilians on hearing a single gun shot.
