This is a song of mourning. We have always been and will always be together as one, not just in merry-making and festivity but also in loss and tragedy. When words fail, songs come in to tell about our grief. We mourn together as one, in spirit and in songs too.
Konyak Cultural Troupe, Longchang. They stopped all songs of festivity to sing this song of dirge.
