AND they ended up getting rid of Don Nelson anyway. Look up the 1994-1995 Warriors - it’s insane how much dysfunction went on - with how many trades and coaches they went through. I’m a fan, so I can just tell you: A LOT! So much potential in the 1993 season, to just have things go crazy. Luckily things turned back around - and ironically, Don Nelson came back (so did Webber), but Nelson was responsible for drafting Curry. Again… it was a CRAZY 15 years between then.
