If you eat too many longans, your inner body will be hot and you will get mouth ulcers. In case you want to eat as many longans as you want, you have to dip them in 3-4 litres of water + 1 spoonful of salt about 20 minutes. Another fruit that you ask is Sapodilla.

Had Rin is not busy at all when there is no full moon. Its not a great or fancy place to be honest. I wouldn't stay there. The island has much more better spots when it comes to accomodation and vibe. The beach is quite nice tho... and the NOI beach is the other direction. You pointed to the wrong direction. Yai=south / Noi = north. by the way, wenn ich euren Akzent höre, kann es sein, dass ihr Deutsche seid? 🙃
Yes usually we are not staying in this area, but there wasn’t another option back then. Anyways the beach is quiet nice. Hahaha you are the second one telling us about that we mixed up noi and yai 😅😅😅 We we’re totally not aware of it hahaha. Yes, I am German (Nadine), but Leo is from Argentina

Very good advice here for anyone considering going to Thailand as there are things to avoid and consider for a trouble free stay and to make your vacation memorable. We first visited Thailand many years ago and it soon gets under your skin and becomes addictive so we are frequent visitors, will be spending a month there there in May. Like many fabulous country's it has in many ways become a victim of it's own popularity in that high season is overcrowded in many places, hence we always visit in low season. Initially Chiang Mai then to Surin Beach Phuket and then off to Khao Lak, we used to go to Patong as we know quite a few people there but that's so built up & commercialised it's no longer the real Thailand for us, we first went when it was just starting to become popular but virtually everything that was in Patong has gone now. This time it will be Chiang Mai, Surin Beach Phuket and Khao LaK , any ideas where your going on your next visit?
@@hectorpidgeon370 that sounds lovely! On our next trip we would like to go again to Khao Sok national park and this time stay maybe three days inside. It’s a paradise piece on earth. Also we would like to revisit Kho Kood. A very remote island 🏝️ and soooo beautiful. We would like to see if things are still so peaceful and quiet, or if things have changed. Some years ago there was no 7/11 and stuff like that.
I took the 2 day retreat at Wat Suan Dok this year. Phra KK is a great teacher!
