A blow torch to start a fire? Why are so many channels just pretending to be outdoorsy these days?

As much as I appreciate the hard work and effort that went into this, I found myself cringing quite a bit. One of these days your luck is going to run out and you are going to get seriously injured. From the way you handled that sharp axe, singing towards your legs with little control to setting those large logs you are taking a ton of risks. Please, stop and think about how you are performing a task and make sure you're doing it as safely as you can. How quickly can help get to you out there?

All that work…hike….cutting wood…tracking it back to the cabin…cook some food and then leave the next morning. Why!? Would anyone do that all for just one night?! Makes no sense to me. Well…unless I wanted someone to watch my “lost in the wild woods and found a cabin” video!! 😂

I use an "A-Drop Rope Log Drag-Walker" for moving heavy logs. It's a V made of two poles with a 6' rope hanging from the point up top Put the noose over the end of the log you want moved, stand it up, and drag the log as you "walk the legs-poles" as you go. It's the easiest way for a one man plan. ~ 12 Block Tokie ~ Detroit, Michigan USA

Olá... Estava ansiosa para ver essa cabana de pé. Da próxima vez, não arraste as toras usando seu corpo como único apoio, use toras finas e pequenas por baixo, a fim de imitar um carrinho. Até a próxima. RJ-Brasil.
