I'M BUILDING A BIG LOG CABIN FAR FROM CIVILIZATION. BIRCH JUICE. SNOWFALL
Hello my dear viewer. I'm continuing construction on a large log cabin. For construction I use only fallen, dry trees. Due to the large size of the hut there is a lot of work. I also collected a lot of tasty and fresh birch sap. One day I was caught in a snowfall in the forest. That's very beautiful. Enjoy watching!

thank you for putting in the middle support beam. i was worried about the weight on that skinny log.

IF THE BRAIN DON'T WORK THE BACK MUST... BOY YOU PROVED THAT...
Can't wait to see it finish. Lovely.

As a retired carpenter. That has built 2 log cabins . That think is easy and cute . It won't last but maybe a couple years . I can hear the wood worms already , crunch , crunch, crunch . Enjoy .

Such structures are not intended to last indefinitely. They provide shelter for a time then return to the forest. For a more long lasting structure one builds accordingly. (Yes, I am familiar with both types. Trained in architecture plus my family has built such shelters as well as large cabins in temperate and boreal forests.)
OMG, BACON MAC N CHEESE!
Cảnh đẹp quá
Bom trabalho e bom trabalhador! Força, coragem, vontade e empenho para o fazer!!! Parabéns e ....... continue. Estarei aqui para ver o resultado. Obrigada aqui de Portugal e qual é a tua região?
Thanks for a nice and interesting movie =) Excellent choice of knife! ( Mora) Regards from Sweden
Hello 🙋♂️. Good cabin. Hard job 👍💪🪵🛖

It's great to watch this, but I'll never understand why one use "plastic" knifes and forks to eat in the wilderness, for such a good beefsteak???

Hahahaha I love your "camera trap". It looks like a deranged bunny when you close the door! KUDOs for using only naturally fallen logs. I wish more people who have bushcraft channels would follow your example. Do you worry about early rot by leaving the bark on the logs?
should have a pad to put on shoulder when carrying logs
These videos are fun to watch but I always wonder where they build them. Do they really to it into the middle of the woods where anyone could stumble across these? Or do they own the property? Or what?!
Poor use of materials. Build a traditional log cabin...stay warm
I hope the sloped logs are screwed or nailed to the ridge pole because the way they were placed, when they settle into the ground and they will, they could drop below the ridge and fall - on your head.
beautiful water 👍
what are some small bushcraft ideas that i can get my 4 yr old daughter engaged with when we go camping? she's already super amped to go, and hike and fish and explore and see animals, but i wanted to get her into more outdoors activities and bushcraft looks a really interesting one for me to explore with her.
You could have built two cabins with that much wood.
La cabane aurait pu être moins haute et donc les poutres plus courtes nécessitant moins d efforts
Hello my friend, I wanted to ask what the tick situation is like in the region where you are building your hut and how you protect yourself against them?
Didn’t realize that Walmart was next door 😂 with mac & cheese and BACON! Appreciate the hard work and effort, but in a real life scenario, pressure treated lumber only lasts so long. This structure probably won’t last but a couple of years due to weather and structural conditions. Not to mention, where’s his survival cache??
Sure wouldn't want it to fall on your head in the middle of the night!!!
You are not using anything to hold those logs, be careful that they don’t slip while you are in there, one of them could fall on your head, stay safe.
А где ночует, пока строит дом-шалаш ?
So this was about watching you stack logs and eating half cooked bacon.😂
I am going to make one comment. I am a carnivore and what you did to the piece of beef by severely overcooking it should be illegal. Enjoyed your vid and the results!
Too much work for it to dry rot at the bottom of logs within a year.

I'm going to make three comments I am a civil engineer and I see very serious design errors. 1. The entire structure depends on the horizontal beam and the lateral supports, the trees will continue to grow and when the beam rises with them, the trunks supported by the beam will be left without support 2. Trunks resting on the ground will be attacked by fungus, they will rot and sink into the ground 3. As an environmentalist I think that if every Bushcrafter built a cabin using so much wood, the world's forests would not be enough

The two vertical end support beams that are holding the horizontal top support are not alive, those are logs that have been burnt and buried.

Most of these bushcrafters use fallen or dead trees rather than cutting live ones. The main columns have been charred where they are placed in the holes; this is a traditional way to reduce/slow rotting. These structures are not intended to last forever but will return to the forest in time. The boreal forests (taiga)in the north countries, including mine, are huge, and the populations are small.
Boring, uninteresting, lack of creativity in shooting, overall this vlog is bad
