Great info and slow details with each stretch! I’m wondering your take on Epsom salts baths? Does that provide any relief? I’m looking at MT now.

with lateral knee pain, as you said that lateral line gets eccentrically loaded, would you not expect the lateral line to be too long already? Why work there? Seems to make more sense to me to work the inner line of the leg

Brilliant! I have horrific foot problems as a result of a botched surgery for a bunion. Nobody I’ve seen over the past 10 years has helped and now I know why. What is the name of the company that makes functional orthotics. And do you know anybody in Toronto, Canada who can help me. Where are you located? Thank you for your detailed and important work. Hi Star, this video is actually pretty advanced and is for therapists and doctors. Once they have this information they can treat the condition better. If there were things that we could do for ourselves we of course would put it on there. This is a pretty complex situation that we cant stretch or exercise out of the body. Sorry if there was any confusion.

Hi Amanda, sorry if there was not a clear explanation for you. The video is actually made for certified therapists than can take the information and use it on their patients. Unfortunately, it is very hard to correct this issue by ourselves. OUr goal was to put it out there for professionals to get some insights into their approaches.

Never could understand people especially women wearing shoes that purposely destroy their feet. Tight pointy shoes and heels are horrible for you feet. I only wear Keen and Altra shoes because they heave a very wide toe box and no lift. And I go barefoot as much as possible. People with long toes suffer much more.
