There is a thing I thought about, life is not about right or wrong, there is no wrong or right way to live life, you just live it and the way you live it until the end of it,is the right way to live it. The right way to live life is just your entire life from beginning till the end and that is also the meaning of life itself.

cause if you continue the way you did, you will probably achieve the same results as before. Which is bad if you are procrastinating. Instead, you can invest your time in watching this video, gain some knowledge and then become productive

3:01 to 5:51 In simple terms just give yourself voluntary mental pressure. Or just visualise the wanted things you want.

2:08 to 3:00 I will say decipline means to do the unwanted tasks. That you doesn't wanted to do. And that unwanted task doesn't has to be difficult or hard to do. It can be a simple task like going to the grocery store. Or listening mother or father is word's.

Very realistic and practical video! ^^ I really liked the part about mental energy and “don’t spread yourself out too thin”, many people often overlook this and say “just do it”, but doing very difficult things when you’re low on energy is nearly impossible. Played this video at normal 1.0x speed, and I noticed how it’s much easier for me to digest the content. Thank you for sharing this man, no doubt you’ve helped lots 🙏

Congratulations on making a video on how to be a checklist-following servant. Essentially, what happened here is you internalized all of the values of cubical workers and Six Sigma productivity experts and created a system wherein you willfully discipline yourself. Creativity requires ample free time to think and experiment. It's impossible to have a bold unique vision when you are scurrying back and forth doing meaningless tasks writing meaningless lists in an effort to achieve the feeling of productivity, yet accomplishing nothing of substance. People who need to make checklists for incredibly simple agendas are exposing that they lack the intelligence, energy, and inner interest to actually move from where they're at. They're admitting that they have no discipline, no attention span, no initiative, and without a visionboard they are too inept to achieve anything. People who have to be given tasks to be productive are showing they lack innate initiative and will never be otherwise. Thus, they're giving themselves tasks and reinforcing the dynamic. They don't have any creativity or courage to spontaneously follow their own will. Actually, they're betraying their real will, which is the opposite of (resistance to) what their goals are. Their actual being is exposed as the opposite of what's on the vision board. Living your live by a quantitative checklist is the definition of servant morality. Daily discipline towards goals is Stoicism, which also falls under servant morality. According to Nietzsche, Stoicism teaches the philosopher to escape from life into commerce with the stoa, suppressing one's passions and will to power. Stoicism is therefore a life-denying philosophy using reason as a weapon against the realities of being alive. You're suppressing your will to power by forcing yourself into a rigid structure. It doesn't matter what you're doing. Rigid structure always makes life less enjoyable. Plenty of people achieve their goals without forcing themselves into a rigid structure.

12:55 I found the best way to go about this is to just have a personal mode where you don’t get any notifications for the whole day what so ever. I only allow notifications from my family and 2 or 3 friends. I barely hear my phone during the day and if I do, it is most likely important because I only get notified by people who are close to me.

The reason why highs and lows exist in the first place is because you base all of it on motivation,so my advice is to find a way that you can stay productive,by having little to no motivation, like: workout, but don't workout for 4 hours, workout for 1 hour or do your job,but not for 5 hours, instead for 1 hour, take a break and work later again...And always have some time for recovery, for relaxation, leave 4 or 5 hours just for that in your day,it will be the time you can spend without having to worry about being productive or unproductive, though I do not advice having bad habits in that time,do something decent lol..So my advice to stay productive is to know the human limits and find a balance between work and relaxation. The best person in the world is not the one that worked for the most hours in a day,he is the one that stayed consistent for years and had a bit of luck in it too,so if you can't maintain your daily routine for ,,forever",then you should consider changing something at it,life is not about a goal,it is about the journey,so if you don't enjoy your daily life, there must be something wrong with it,or so I see it

it's motivation that's responsible for short term ups and downs. but it's ego and hubris that's responsible for the long term.
