  I broke up with my girlfriend. But I think it's for the better, because these weeks I feel so exhausted with my work, parenting responsibilities and health issues that I became overwhelmingly dependent on her support and attention. I'm really sad and depressed right now, but I decided I don't want to burden her with my troubles.

  U know what is crueler than being always alone? It’s not being alone then losing that. It’s thinking for once happiness was in your grasp but watching it slip away. You know what’s worse than a bad breakup? What’s worse than yelling and fighting? It’s knowing that she cares about you but can’t love you. It’s still being friends and hearing that laugh, seeing that smile watching the kind person they are and knowing that u will go home and be alone again. Knowing they hurt to but nothing can be done to change it. For a time she made me forget how sad I am. How broken, how hollow i am. She made me feel like I was worth something and for the first time in my life I thought I was understood and maybe even loved. But no she never loved me not like that. She just wanted me to be happy and that’s the cruel twist of fate. Each kiss for me was heaven each moment better than the last and for her it was a cruel reminder of things done to her in the past. But one I knew it was to late and nothing is the same and I’ve lost my best friend and one of the few people that genuinely cared about me.

  Yes, dr.porass. I have the same experience with anxiety, depression, PTSD and addiction and Mushrooms definitely made a huge huge difference to why am clean today.

  I wish they were readily available in my place. Microdosing was my next plan of care for my husband. He is 59 & has so many mental health issues plus probable CTE & a TBI that left him in a coma 8 days. It's too late now I had to get a TPO as he's 6'6 300+ pound homicidal maniac. He's constantly talking about killing someone. He's violent. Anyone reading this Familiar w/ BPD know if it is common for an obsession with violence.
