Paypal is honestly a load of shit. I had an account since 2014, only used it to quickly buy Sneak Energy drinks and Runescape Membership. Woke up one day to an email saying that my account has been permanently banned, contacted support and all that, just like Belle, they said the same thing. They wouldn't tell me, they said it was for security reasons, and even went as far to say that they "thoroughly investigated things before banning the account" yet there was nothing I broke, no ToS breach, didn't get fined, nothing. They've apparently been doing this to many people for years, just randomly banning accounts and giving very vague responses for why.
