I notice that when you aspirated over the Glabella, you then continued to say, " I move whilst injecting," which I found confusing. Please could you explain why you did this once you had established a safe aspiration. Thank you in advance.
If you aspirate, then with a negative pressure held in your device you move back and forth it can pickup IV penetration higher up the shaft of the needle. It also in other circumstances distributes the risk, so larger VOs are less likely.

Thank you for this important info - I’m a patient who’s on the fence - however, I would be correcting a crease at the bridge, so the filler would not be emulating bone per se - as far as safety, I’m gathering this would be relatively safe? My current nurse injector declined to inject that area.
