Thanks a lot for these valuable tips. However, what about men who have a very pronounced frown line (11)? In some patients it is so pronounced that it's practically impossible to soften it. Do you have a particular technique?
Does it ever concern you when the most lateral pull is further out than “normal” that the brow may drop? Is that possible to drop the brow from being too lateral even with being very superficial?

It's more likely, accuracy is increasingly important the more lateral corrugator is inserted

@@DrTimPearce I need an ly eye lid to drop a little, so if I understood right, the doctor (I am not a doctor) should put Botox under my eye browns between the eye bulb and the lid 03:33. Is that right? It seems that there is no space :D for this. No danger of poking the bulb? :D :D :D :D
Hi I have a question, I’m 29y/o, I got Botox for my frown a couple days ago (not by Dr. Pearce) and I feel it on one side more than the other, specifically in the inner corner of my eye that already has a mild case of ptosis, I think it made it worse. She injected right inside my eyebrows on the inner side, not by the tails or above or below 😞 will it get worse as the full effect kicks in? And will it get better eventually when it wears off? It feels like the eyelid is heavier but at the same time it’s hard to keep it closed 😫 thank you

This does not sound like a particularly risky pattern- it's a deep injection in the middle of the brow that is the risk for eyelid- I would give it time and try not to worry- it is rare to have a ptosis, and always temporary. Many people have natural asymmetry in eyelid position (including me if you look close!) and nervous patients often spot that and think it's the start of something much worse.
