Wow! What a fantastic tutorial! ❤
Thank you so much!
Hermoso trabajo 👏👏👏
Thanks very much
Hace como una semana descubrí esta técnica del afieltrado es estoy encantada. Tengo 3 perros y voy a intentar hacerlos. Gracias por tan excelente explicación. Una pregunta. Le pones alguna cosa para darle brillo a los ojos y nariz ? Gracias gracias
I'm glad you like the tutorials. So wonderful to make your own dogs. No I don't add anything after. Just try to get the light and shade right in the colour of the wool.
What is the core felt wool called ?
I usually use corriedale wool
Beautiful - thanks for sharing
Thank you 😊
I love the poke felt wool cat models you’re making. I’d like to make a model of my late kitten.
That would be lovely to do 😊
How do you attach them so they don’t wobble or fall off ?
Love your work thank you for sharing. It with us ❤
You are so welcome 😊
Thank you for helping me make a cat for my daughter. She will love it ❤
I'm so glad! 😊
Could you use the reverse needle for thinning a part that is too thick, by pulling out wool and trimming w a scissors? Awesome video btw!
Yes, absolutely. Great tip 👍
thank you for sharing. Very informative.
Glad it was helpful! 😊
Do you happen to have a tutorial for a cow? Not a highland cow. I have looked everywhere and cannot find one. My daughter in law loves cows...obsessed really.
Aw sorry no I don't. Love cows too!
Ok ty for responding.
How do you attach the tiny feet to the rest of the project?
I attach by adding more wool and build up the ankle the same way as you would with any non wire felted foot or body part 😊
Thank you!
You're welcome! 😊
Omg i have so much respect for people who needle felt. I crochet, tried needle felting and couldnt do it. I want to try again as i am a dog groomer and thought it be nice to try and make a needle felted version of their dogs witb their dogs hair in spare time. Is this possible?
It's great you want to try again. There's so much room to create and find your own style with needle felting. I started with crochet too but felt confined to patterns. Yes a lot of people use dog fur. It can be a little silky to easily felt - depends on breed. I have made a piece from wool but added a bit of fur in with it. Let me know how you get on 😊
How long did it take
Oh gosh not sure. I don't time it as it takes away the fun. Many hours over several weeks 😊
Your tutorials are wonderful! I appreciate the realistic detail in your beautiful creations. Thank you ❤
Thank you so much!
Great tutorial 👌
Glad you think so!
I dont know how i never thought about useing safety pins ... I got some and use them for everything .... Everything
Cavapoo

You're welcome! 😊
I’m a newbie and I love how you teach the ends and outs of the craft. Thank you❤
Glad you enjoyed it 😊
Very useful
Thanks a lot
So inspiring to watch and a great tutorial series that makes me think I might be able to do it myself by following your amazing instructions. I sadly lost my cat on Valentine’s Day this year and really want to make a recreation of his beautiful face and use some of his real fur that I’ve collected. He was a Maine coon so there’s clumps of his hair everywhere. At what stage do you recommend adding his fur? Should I use it for the fluffing stage, or add it early and for creating the tiny markings and patterns? PS, I’ve never needle felted so this could be a complete disaster in the making😅 but your brilliant tutorial series gives me the confidence that I might pull it off. ❤
😻 beautiful
Thank you! 😊
Very informative and professional
Thank you 😊
Your videos are always so helpful. When using the wax I was wondering if there was a problem with it softening later on after being used for a nose, claw, etc.
Thank you. Not had any issues no.
I have dealt with felt needles for rooting hair on dolls and never knew there was a reverse needle. I can't wait to do my first felting project. I have learned so much from you. Thanks you
I'd love to know how you get on.
I am curious how many hours it took to complete this.
I didn't count. I purposely don't as it can take away the fun. 😄
Loving the tutorials. Is there a nose tutorial? I was wondering if you made it from felt, done the wax technique, or made it from clay.
Thank you. I made it from wool but the video cut out during filming. So sorry. Hoping to make a nose video at some point.
@@FittobeLovedFeltsjust a quick thought Miss, I think that is what that other person was referring to in this comment section when they said you “cheated” or whatever. I’m sure they were talking about the nose and eyes not being filmed
Yes I think so too. It was only the nose though. The eyes have a whole video. 😊
@@FittobeLovedFelts hehe I know, when you started posting the videos as ‘part 1, part 2’ etc I just figured you’d show it in another one later on :) very well done by the way, I still use these tutorials to this day. Me and my boyfriend recently got our calico so I plan to felt her soon :)
@@Sugarberrybunny that would be wonderful to make her. Let me know how it goes 😊
Great tutorial
Thank you 😊
Love it!

Very helpful. Thank you so much…i’m making my first frog based on an iron skeleton…so satisfying
Sounds great!
I’m gonna start with making my friend’s cat as a gift to her.
That's so generous of you. I'm sure she will so cherish and appreciate that ☺️ 🐈
This is amazing! You’re a great needle felting teacher! Once I get a needle felting kit, I’m definitely gonna try this right away!
That's wonderful to hear. 😊
What happened to the eye section?

I'm hoping to do one at some point 😊
thank you for these
Glad you like them!
I do more cartoony character but i like the technique . 😊
Aw that's great. You never know when it might be handy 😊
@@FittobeLovedFelts defo. I’m probably going to try it with bright colours and see what mixes I can get
hi could you tell me if it’s ok to make the fox size wise is 6inc by 6inc I’m going to make one could you give me some idea how big should I go please
Yes you can choose whatever size you like. Bigger will need more wool but can be easier when first trying to get the details right. Bigger needs good strength of the wire to support the wool.the smaller you go just watch your fingers as more likely to stab yourself abd wrapping wool over wire can be trickier.. I'd go no smaller than 6 inches on a first project. I've not managed to do my fox video showing the rest of it yet but just look at lots of photos for fur colours and details and I'm sure you'll be fine. 😊
I love your videos they are so clear and you explain everything in detail Amazing x
Thank you so much!
hi could you tell me what size is the fox your making as I am going to make one do you think 6inc by 6inc. Pippa Hudson
Iovely. Please tell how you did the eyes and nose.....last video they were white. Tia
Hi, how to make eyes are here kzread.info/dash/bejne/eGGCqK6kl5DMdrw.htmlsi=CdeShnsH96E52w_a Unfortunately with the nose my camera cut out and I didn't know. I was so upset and I'm so sorry I can't show you. I would like to do some videos on noses in the future though.
@@FittobeLovedFelts Thank you!!! I just started this hobby 3 days ago but so far really like it. Can you tell me where you buy your wool? I looked on your site and didn't find it. Maybe I overlooked??
Perfeito!😍👏👏👏
Thank you 😊
