    Is there a purpose for using the multi grip bar in your landmine? Is it because you don’t use it?

    im not a fighter but i want to be able to have better control and focus over my body and none of the later gymnastics teachers i had actually showed us thoroughly properly how to develop the handstand comfortability. plus some of the teachers were like these mean old ballet women that force you to over flex and you break your ligaments. thank you for this video its gonna be super helpful for when im ready to go upside down

    That roller stand can't support more than like 150 pounds. You should look into getting a heavy duty V roller stand. That can handle 700 plus pound.

    What was the weight on that bag? I have a 37lbs one and I keep slamming it on my back. Is it just poor momentum or pure weakness?

    Here's the deal, these attachments "OK" when you're loading the bar with 1, 2 maybe 3 plates -- Anymore than that and the attachments become extremely dangerous. The more weight you have loaded up, the less room the "sheath" of the attachments have to cover the end of the bar. This leaves us with an unstable contraption that is probably handing on by a single screw-in tightener. I have seen these sheaths come untightened by a MILIMETER and begin free-spinning. I cannot understate how dangerous this is when you are lifting heavy weight. If the sheath begins sliding off or rotating you could hurt yourself very seriously. Especially that linebacker squat attachment (from rouge I think?). I would never try that in my life, they come undone so easily and even fully tightened they free spin by design. Stick to using the landmine attachment for rows and gripping the actual bar collar (which already rotates.. why add 2 rotation sources...) for anything overhead.

    Wow, very simple conditioning program but the way you explained it makes me believe that it is very effective. Our gym doesn't have an assault bike and versaclimber.. what exercises can you recommend as alternative to those two machines?

    My son and I built a nice gym in our basement. We have some decent equipment, but the ceiling is only 7' high and that limited us to for any type of overhead pressing. We set up a landmine station and it really helped. It allows us to lift overhead on an angle instead of straight up. It's a great concept.

    @getphysicalcom Can you please tell me how I can make one of those or at least how you made your’s? You said the bar’s 84” long. What’s the diameter and thickness of the plate the weight sits on? Will it slide anywhere? Is the plate coated in some kind of slippery substance?

    Question: Do you recommend using a Mace after or before your normal workout whether its kettlebells or traditional barbell/dumbell stuff?? Thank you.

  • @SpookyHaunter
    @SpookyHaunter7 ай бұрын

    I know it's a year too late for an answer but here's one anyway!: Depends on your intesity of your mace workout, if you're not going to hard you can use it to warm up before your normal workout or as a finisher afterwards, it's just so versatile!
