Abstract paintings are interesting and what I like are the spaces that get created inbetween huge swaths of colors that take the eye to unknown destinations. Edwidge Leprin lets her imagination guide her hand in creating some very interesting paintings.

Very interesting, spacial, cosmic, scientific, mathmatical abstract paintings that have a wonderful feel of controlled chaos. Patrick Martin is in a world all his own with these adventures into the intellect that leave the door open to other worlds waiting to be discovered---

Alain Ballereau's paintings cannot be denied as very interesting, often nature-inspired, glimpses of other realities. The viewer is submersed into the netherworld of the subconcious, with exotic color changes and horizons from other worlds.

These are paintings which have a life of their own and show Isabelle Schenckbecher-Quint to have a style all her own. There is freedom in her art and a search for seeing things differently and the human mind does just fine in this regard.

My, I like Target in the Swamp. I also appreciate his deliberate gift to the viewer of interpretation within his/her experience of the world. I am originally from the South and Southwestern US and easily saw/responded to some of the paintings within those experiences. Others I saw in the context of poetry I love. Drilling is near perfect. There so many layers of meaning as well…it’s like reading a book written in color instead of words. How did I miss this brilliant artist and his extraordinary understanding of the impact of color on human beings? I will be watching this more than once.

The more I see Dubbuffet's work, the more I fall into believing he has really got an extraordinary way of doing art; his paintings shock by their graphic inability to conceptualize reality, but then you see the big picture and they make sense.

Arnold Livingstone's paintings are 'precision' meeting 'free-style', 'concrete thought' meeting 'dream material'. One is constantly aware of the tug-of-war between both sides of the brain in Livingstone's art.

As I struggle to find words to describe Pierre Calogero's art, I can only say that because I do not find the way to describe his art, every one of his artworks stands alone as a significant painting in its own right. We see mountains of reflection that accompany each picture. Calogero sends his mind into every possible combination of laying down color either spontaneously or carefully drawing in shapes that fill with color and spell a story that Pierre Calogero is successfully trying to tell the world in a language that all of speak deep in our minds.
