Great video! Sloppy Joe’s was our favorite bar on the island. Really enjoyed the food, including the original sloppy Joe… such a fun vibe there too. Was there during the annual Hemingway Days and the look alike contest was great.

If alcoholic drinks or pay an upcharge for certain food are not included then it is not "All Inclusive", just sayin. Go look at what Silver Sea or Regent includes,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, that is "All Inclusive"
Totally understand that! We are comparing it to other cruise lines such as NCL and Royal where specific restaurants, WiFi, arcade games, ect. However yes a total all inclusive would be one of those which sounds great!

I sailed VV Valiant Lady in December 2022 and loved it. The chicken enchilada was my favorite and I ordered two plates of it both times we ate there on our 8 day trip. We just booked for our 5th Wedding Anniversary Oct 20-25th, same ship and I'm so excited. I drink white wine - which one is that!?

The ROM is massive (one of the biggest museums in North America) and has won many awards… I am shocked by how you downplayed the museum and suggested only one hour! 😅
It was incredible! Very big and you could definitely spend more time there, however, we were trying to get a lot fit in in a day so we suggested a little less time

That spot next to the bed that has the black top that you weren't sure what it was is a support for the bed when you have them put it into daytime/couch mode. It also has a giant drawer in it. I would actually prefer this room over our first VV cruise bc it is away from deck 15 where we were on deck 14 with the Galley right above us. So early in the morning all we heard was chairs scaping the floor and woke us up early everyday. But we also preferred the regular sea terrace room over the XL room that we had on our second VV cruise.
Oh wow good to know thank you! We were wondering that. Oh goodness yes that’s never good, we always try and look at deck plans before picking our room to make sure we’re not above an event space or right below anything as well!

I do hot sauce on omelets or ketchup on them sometimes. I tried to get my wife to go to the bingo last time we were on board and she didn't want to do it. Hopefully our next cruise she will do it with me and we win something big! The ship eats delivery fee is waived if you order a specialty drink with your order, and the food on ship eats is like a little bit from all the eateries on board like the ragu dish you had ordered is actually the same dish from Extra Virgin.

I believe they have hot sauce available but it is not on the common tables, I believe it would be at Taco Bout It. Yes bingo card sales started about 45 minutes before the show, and they were right outside the door of the venue😊 that store was a bargain haha

As an avid skier for more than 40 yrs have been to Tahoe more times than i can even remember...Not a big fan of the restaurants you premiered here except for the Getaway Cafe in Myers...Couple other really good breakfast places you passed on the way to the Getaway Cafe was Berts Cafe and Ernies Coffee shop....As for the Italian place you went called Primo's...Eh....You need to try Cafe Fiore on sky run Blvd but bring your wallet, your gonna need it...Another fine dinning option is the Chart House on Kingsbury grade....But my favorite place to eat in Tahoe is on Hwy 89 not far from Camp Richardson and the turn for Fallen Leaf Lake called Sonnys BBQ....Am also a big fan of my go to spot after skiing a little Bar and Grill on Tahoe Blvd called Steamers....It a place where the locals go....
Yes, the getaway café was amazing! Thank you so much for all your recommendations. We debated going to chart house but didn’t end up going on that trip. We will definitely look into all these restaurants for our next trip up there 😊the BBQ place sounds great!

Super random question but what is the temp in the restaurants and indoor spaces? Do I need a wrap everywhere I go because the air is cranked (not complaining I like it that way).
I am a very hot bodied person and I was always comfortable, never hot and never cold. They keep it at a great temperature however if you are someone on the colder side you may need a jacket. I was usually in shorts and a top during the day and long sleeve dress in evening and was always comfortable. My guess slightly on the cooler side they keep it
