Womp womp😂😂😂😂 Shit happens, but I'm not sure you are going to get a lot of people on your side by blatantly breaking the rules, sounding entitled AF, and basically just whining the entire video, like we get it, unforseen events happen, but to say to never attend the event because of a mishap is completely ridiculous. You got compensated fairly for the inconvenience.

Sorry you didn’t understand our frustration with not what happened, but how everything was handled by universal as a whole. We did say we got compensation fairly however the process of getting there was not handled properly. Maybe if you were there for the event you would understand the frustration a bit better.
