❤ hi, lil powerhouse world champion goofy foot hero and the most impressive captivating backside snapper and overall powerful aggro surfer since occy back in the 80s (in my personal opinion anyway). i dont know if you'll get this, but ill try anyway. if not mistaken, i heard from a caity simmers video that you, she, carissa, and john john will be at the 2024 olympics (i tried finding the qualifying heats but have not yet succeeded). if this is true, then yeww! on that :) what a team that is, and i am very proud of you :) and i believe in you :) i am guessing youve seen this video, probably know him personally and are friends from your time at teahupoo, perhaps they were even hosts, but in any case i just watched these (i will leave two links) videos, for the first time last night, and i was awestricken. what style, form, and his place on the wave is so poetic and majestic. the lines he draws in the pocket to stay deep and make it out of barrels is artfully done, and mesmerizing. the angle of the board, the drop in angle, the place of where to knife in after the drop and angle the board, all of it are exemplary examples of how that wave is 'best' ridden, by the breaks native son, especially in a few different sizes, which might be useful because obviously it is ridden differently / optimally at different sizes . thus, maybe sometime or from time to time, a casual no stress viewing might help your impression and subconscious store that information, so that at any point, should you find yourself in a moment of question, you can have that in subconscious reserve to help ease your mind or thinking, and maybe help reinforce your own excellent skill, knowledge, experience, and intuition on how to ride any wave you paddle for there :) it is just a thought, and maybe that would be helpful in some way :) ok, be good. oh! and please dont tell steph steph that i passed this along to you because if i am ever to meet her, and if she finds out, she might never invite me to the mermaid country club, nor let me ride one of her mermaid blades :) ok, cool. bye for now :)

i like this one more than the one you claimed as the best one. you would know which one is best, but i really like your style, the driving pumps, down the line, your barrel stance, and your exit stance on this. it is all so seamless and such style, and the wave is perfect looking with a nice little spit at the end :) meanwhile, watching your camp and isolation vids is so fun. its amazing how perfectly peak surfing you are in these. it simply does not get any 'better' than that :) such fierce power, assertiveness, aggressiveness, and style :)

❤ its been some months since i commented, and i just want to say that you are so cool :) ive been watching some old 1980s occy surf footage and many times while watching, you came to mind (i know ive made this reference before, but ive never had such direct thoughts of you while actually watching videos of them, occy especially, surf), the reason being that not since those days in the 1980s, and early 1990s, with tom carroll and occy, have i seen someone, especially goofyfoot, surf in a way that really inspires me so much like you do. such power, strength, grace, solidity, wave congruence, critical placement, power, power, and even more power, patience, timing, and pace (you really do seem so present on the wave and dont seem to 'rush' maneuvers, nor do you ever seemingly impose maneuvers onto waves for their own sake, but flow with the wave and do maneuvers at critical energetic points of the wave, and i like your absolutely solid stance and style, and more). you are, and have been as i have said many times, my new millennium hero, (of course lakey, steph steph, laura e, carissa, bethany (very much bethany too, goofyfoot and unique challenging physical circumstances and such an elegant barrel stance, and others have really invigorated and reignited my surfing spark, for which i really am thankful for you), but the way you surf, your decision making on the wave, your insanely aggressive powerful snaps, especially backside, so elegant and powerful and fierce and fearless, are so special, and that comes to mind even when i am not at the time watching you surf, which confirms and reiterates to me, the positive and profound effect seeing you surf has on me, and how happy that makes me :) i often tell lakey how much i enjoy seeing you in her videos from the past times that i often still watch, and i think about how much fun it would be to get to surf and hang out with you both :) maybe someday, perhaps :)

❤ this was such a great video! the family surf session was so cool, as was seeing the sibling ripping. you all have such cool style, (so fun to get to see your brothers surfing with you, now knowing the influence and support theyve had and continue to have on you :) fierce backside snaps clearly run in the family :) it would have been so fun to get to see you surf in person when i was visiting family in the daytona / orlando area in 2018. i never got to surf even though i got to enjoy walking in the warm water along the shore at daytona, and saw some perfect chocolate hollow beach break a frame barrels at st augustine. The Caroline Marks Surf Experience looked EPIC! how sweet for all the cool young friends and fans to get to hangout with you :) what a HERO :) and, your surfing at the super girl pro was impeccable :) such excellent form, pace, rhythm, and snaps, both frontside and backside, especially for the size of those waves. perfectly done, lil powerhouse champion :) (ps- i just realized i commented here months ago and said some of the same things, but i don't mind if you don't :) you are truly one of my most favorite surfers in the whole world :)

❤ you are so cool :) and this video was great. as always, you were absolutely going off on those backside snaps, which are so inspiring and make the grom in me froth so much to want to get aggro (even though just trying to do pop ups on my yoga mat minutes ago here in the gym, and trying a basic squatted barrel stance (my knee and my back were screaming at me so hard and i still question what id even be able to do if anything :), i fear what would transpire if i even tried those kind of snaps and slashes). but still its not about me, its all about you, world champ lil powerhouse :) how cool it is that you got to see lovely lovely steph steph win her 8th title, and so epic that you now have one as well :) and lastly, your cosmetic situation at the end of this video is so beautiful :) the eyeshadow and eyeliner look perfect (maybe you had mascara, maybe not, but your lashes also looked perfect), and was just the right amount to add a lil enhancement and daytime drama (the good kind) :) thats my favorite look ive seen on you since that chic ensemble situation you were wearing in the skiff at chopes or tavarua (i think it was teahupoo), that like classic silky headscarf thing and the matching elegant top, blue if i remember correctly, although it was a long time ago). in any case, great look here, and very good eye shadow color choice for your eye shape and color :)
