You travel all those miles, and it is crowded . I feel sorry for today's surfers. Indo, Latin America, the Carribean, I travelled all those places and surfed them with 3 or 5 guys in the water. I lived on Oahu's north shore in the early 1970's. 3 or 5 guys at a peak. a lot of times I would be the only one outside, because no leashes, guys were swimming. We got so many more waves in the day. I don't know if I would even surf if I was young today. I am 70, and we definitely had the good years. Now I play guitar and take care or the farm.

Awesome. I lived in Pampano Beach in 1958 as a 7 year old. Moved to West LA that year and a movie called "Gidget" came out. The surfing craze had started. Since then surfing has gone global with no end in sight. Gidget would be proud of you and the other amazing women on the tour and learning worldwide. Keep charging.

Nice video. Sick rail work n turns in the lefts and rights. Those sets later on at at HT's were ridiculous. Not gonna lie here, I found myself tensing up and taking a deep breath on that slow-mo cleanup wave. 😁 Glad you guys managed to avoid jumping ship and had a great time.

the old boats are better i reckon, been many a time and find the old indo boats just fit into the environment i love em, not a fan of the fast flash boats
