Especially with the last point you made about tech (struggling with the distractions and doomscrolling). We still need it but how to create a healthy balance? I know you probably won't see this but still all I want to say is that I've recently found your KZread channel randomly and ever since I've been watching your new videos which feel very. Personal and it's making me realize how strong and powerful I am. I'm 16 about to turn 17 and I feel like I have a lot on my shoulders due to being in a place where I feel as if everyone is better than me or doing better than me such as getting actual jobs, doing good in school, etc. so I'm very familiar with that "voice" as its always trying to push these thoughts on me at every given moment I lose focus. that in its own right makes me extremely exhausted, when I try to do better my "voice" just pushes me down with comparisons to people I rarely even talk to and it just ruins everything, some days I'll feel very uplifted where I just want to get everything done but the fear of failing or rejection of certain things get to me. anyways sorry for anyone that reads this I've started rambling, my point is out of everyone I've come across on KZread or really anything, I always find myself recalling words you have said every time you post one of these videos I genuinely sit and listen like I'm in school and take your words into my heart , that could be because our not so far age gap or just because I feel like I could relate to the things you say...I just want to say it might not seem like your videos are getting through many people but just know you're helping the ones that need it and I'm sure more will stumble across this video and feel the need to say the same thing (THANK YOU RICHARD I HOPE YOU KEEP THESE VIDEOS COMING IM LEARNING ALOT) -P.S the name " NEW WORLD" has a ring to it does sound a bit ominous though - I appreciate anyone that read through this even if you think I'm just a kid rambling.Thank you
