If he figures out, she would have ruined 3 relationships: a couple, a friendship (with best friends), and her cousin will never trust her again and be mad at her for ever almost (and he'd be right). You're supposed to tell people when shit like this happens. If you see your sibling or cousin's significant other cheating on them, you have to tell them that they are. You not supposed to help the cheating bastard, that's fake. Watch how this is gonna blow up in her face. Edit: I would like to say this as well, if you're black, asian, latino, and/or poor, you should definitely listen to this because you're race and financial status can be a problem when growing up (and even after). Something I learned is that if you're part of a racial minority, it's always good to be in big numbers if something goes down. And those people will probably be your family, so be loyal. You don't have to be perfect, but don't do this shit.
