Make sure baby pup has all his vaccinations before he mingles with or where other animals hang out..He can get PARVO, as our Vet always tells us. Congrats on the pup. Most ppl don’t know this, which is ok. But you shouldn’t take a puppy outside and let them walk or pee in public places because they can catch puppy parvo. In your backyard is ok if you know that no other animal has been there.
Half of my dogs litter of puppies got parvo and died because we did not know this . It was when I was a little girl, but it was awful. The vet would call us every day telling us another puppy passed.
