“Framing” is SUCH a pet peeve of mine 😫 it’s SO dumb to me that catchers are expected to catch the ball, then move their glove into the strike zone. If I’m an umpire, I’m telling catchers I don’t want to see that. If you deliberately move your glove after catching thr ball, I’m assuming it’s because you thought it was a ball. Great pitch though

Barry Bonds actual ability was highlighted in Pittsburgh where he defined the fact that he was a choker. Going to SF and the use of drugs gets him these stats.

Elly De La Cruz, a shortstop for the Cincinnati Reds, was reported to have thrown a ball at 106.9 mph . However, it was later announced that there was a glitch in the recording system, and the speed was not officially recorded. Regardless of the speed, many of De La Cruz's teammates and opponents have praised his incredible arm strength.
