You can see the influence in Modern American kickboxing. It’s a shame how these techniques are no longer being associated with good karate fighters

Excellent editing! Though I wish each clip was annotated. Even with a list it's a lot to go through to find the sources. Who's the woman with the knife at 1:36?

The way he was able to keep his balance with such fast and powerful footwork is awesome. Jet indeed. He's lifting off every kick 😂

Can not believe that Steve Super Kick Vick did not make it in this video. Just type his name here on KZread and you will find the best kicker in kickboxing history and was fighting his way in the 80s to become World Champion in the early 90s. Steve Super Kick Vick.

Fighting has no race or color it's only based on talent skill and understanding to be superior and put the enemy down for good and this should be the definition that one's race should never hold one back from anything but guys like this don't exist in today's world know it's some circus clown some embarrassment some fool that has to rap or be dumb it's good to see a man of color not a hero to that ridiculous stereotype

I knew Ricky when he was a young point fighter in the Midwest Circuit. I had the opportunity to fight him in 86 just before he became World Champion. He had no flaws. What this video does not show is his quick hands. He pounded me with them. on
