Hi Mandy I’m part way through this video of your play through at the time of writing and I just had to stop watching to say this, anyone who gives you hate and negative comments for being human and showing emotion during your play throughs are heartless emotionless trolls, you shouldn’t have to explain why you get emotional to anyone you are human after all and well written games, movies, tv shows etc are designed to play on your emotions whether they are to make you laugh happy cry and sad, the writers have done their job if they can bring out the intended emotions. Ignore those who give you hate for being you as best you can Mandy and I’m truly sorry for your loss.

Btw, rolling doesn't put the fire out. There's a duration meter near the health bar for whenever you have fire, frozen, poison, etc. effects on you. And, what blew you up near the soul eater was the chunks that tore out when you hit it's opened weakpoint. Those chunks you could throw at it, even when it's not opened, to stun the soul eater faster and throw your axe at it more. And if you dont pick them up, over time the chunks will explode.

No need to open the gateways. They auto update and will be there when traveling between them. Also, (I probably did this before, but) the reason why gateways only lead to Brok's shop is due to the story and dialogue constantly taking place around Tyr's temple, where you manually progress there. It's also because it's the center of Midgard and you'd need to step foot in the grey, undiscovered areas on the map first anyways to unlock more gateways. You'll be able to travel to and from much later in the game.

Thank you so much for your genuine heart felt human reaction mandersnatch x Backstory: I played the original PS1 FFVII in 1997 and was the 1st ever game I literally dropped the controller out of my hands and just cried (you can decide what scene) This was profound for me as in those games many games were just "click and shoot". In the 90's we kept our emotions more to ourselves as I thought it was just me at the time. Years later I found out that many men (and some women) also felt the emotions I did. I had to reconnect buying a PS5 and play Remake and completed REBIRTH just 2 days ago. After 124 hrs of gameplay I wanted to reflect (in particular the Trials) so I randomly looked on you tube videos and picked yours and fast forwarded to something that spritiually resonated with me. Watching you play Aerith's trials was both heart breaking and also made me cry again. But it also reminded me we are all not alone and wanting this world to be a better place. I remember shouting at my TV , "talk" press the button! it was indeed so emotional and spritiual and what is FFVII. My mum died quite a few years ago.. (Pancreatic Cancer) and I saw her pass away slowly. it was a sad time but also I remember the passing - like a blanket of love covering me. Always be genuine, too many fakes out there but I knew instantly you were being heartfelt and connecting to something from your memories. You/we/all of us.. are never alone... Here wee go again. Aerith x Cloud ship team is coming out again. Can't to valifate their ship and take down others. Can we just accept the fact that whats done is done? And not have to expose research and maps created in their basement? Is it too hard to comply? Theyre both romantic in their own way. Aerith got a serene and soft handhold and Tifa got the classic and well-deserved kiss. Move onnnn

My favorite FF and maybe favorite game ever. For the story, music, and cutscenes alone. It's so movie like. To imagine they made this game in such a short amount of time and outside of the combat the game is so fleshed out and complete. I love seeing others enjoy this game as much as I do, because it is a black sheep of the FF family for many, but to me I think it just had 2 major drawbacks for it when it came out. 8 was compared to 7 too much and the junction/draw system turned too many people off. Best FF.

First of all, I love these letsplays from you 😊 you are really an incredibly nice woman. I look forward to your reactions to so many emotional moments 😊 a little hint: you often look for the way. You always have your compass at the top. The orange field is the main story, these blue fields have fallen that you can select on the map. If these fields are in the middle, you are on the right track. hope this helps a bit...

The Soul Eater and any enemy you fight like that. Throw your at his chest and pieces of him will come out. And you Throw it back into his chest when he opens up again. It will explode him.👍

1:23:52 how could you missed that chest T_T. Its opened and all you need to do to open it, it has the last muspelheim cipher. And if you go to muspelheim before finishing A New Destination quest or before blowing the horn quest, you can craft one of the best enchanment in the game in muspelheim on brok's shop. Else it will not be available for the rest of the game until you do it in new game plus 😥

Hello Mandy, When you're boating, you should ram the barrels floating on the lake. Then you'll get a nice surprise. And everything else that swims around there It just occurred to me that you completely ignore them (the barrels). You also play this fantastic game very well!
