Most people that critique/backseat about missing chests and things like that are watching through the lens of playing or watching multiple playthroughs and forget they may have missed stuff also. I get it, but I love that you understand what a first-time playthrough is realistically going to look like. Enjoy the ride 🤙

Well, to me it seems some folks are just trying to help her out. Because she's already admitted she's NOT a completionist type of gamer. So people are pointing out missed opportunities because the odds of her returning to all these areas on her own are very, very LOW. (Because she is not a completionist.... and completionists tend to backtrack a lot more than novice gamers) And if she only follows the main story, it will constantly move her forward... and it won't always FORCE her to return to all of these areas where she may have bypassed some good stuff. So maybe some folks are just reading the writing on the wall & trying to let her know: "Maybe you should get this stuff now because you most likely won't come back later (on your own) based on your own description of how you like to play." Time will tell. We will see.

​@@RogerBliddackI'm not an expert gamer, but I always try to complete everything because I feel like I'll miss out on easter eggs, lore, or even rewards. Sometimes I even save beforehand so if I miss something I can restart from that point and take it or do it. I think it really depends on the person and whether they want or don't want the flow of the story to be disrupted.

I don't think explaining how to do things or helping after the fact is backseating, people are only trying to help because a lot of what you get from those chests is upgrades to health and rage, which will come in handy for later in game. It is more to stop her feeling like the game got way harder if she constantly dies because of not getting those main upgrades

Sindri was trying to show you how to upgrade your axe. Upgrades will boost your stats and open up more moves for your weapons.

Quick little tip: If you want to hear the whole story when Kratos or Atreus are telling one, stay in the boat until they’re finished as the game stops them as soon as you get out 🙂 Enjoying your playthrough so far

You can just hold block to block the witches poison that travels underground and deflect any projectiles back at the enemies 🙂👍

44:40 Knew you were going to get the Nornir chest. 🤩🤩 1:16:36 I always love that little tune that plays when you reach under that section in the game. 😅😅 Tip: when you're in rage mode, you can exit out of it the same way you enter it. L3+R3, to prevent it from wasting uselessly all the way.

Love your videos! 1:31:15 you can use your shield to block the poison attacks.

Don't forget to wait for the enemy to swing and block. It knocks them into an unbalanced stagger so you can attack quickly and kill them a lot easier when dealing with stronger enemies. 👍

44 mins. in when your letting the elevator down just stop early and you can just get the "N and climb up and get to the chest. It could've been gotten easier,but I'm really happy you got it. This game is perfectly doable without getting most of the chests, dont mind the loot goblins! It is better to watch you enjoying the story at your own pace, than getting stuck for 30 minutes looking for a hidden rune behind bushes.
