It says "We the people", felons are people too. This is the conversation the Washington State circuit court just ruled on with a 2-1 victory of "who" the people are. Are the "people" only the law abiding citizens? Or is everyone, including law breakers, considered "we the people". Applying the Bruen measurement, the Founding Fathers had very few laws that were considered to be felonies and they were severe crimes, not what we have today.

Myth busters did an experiment with the gun blast moving a pig carcass - nothing moved the carcass. It would require an equal and opposite reaction i.e. traumatizing recoil.

Remember seeing the Marlin bolt gun in the slick catalog, that each gun maker put out, but the Marlin catalog showed the specs for that shotgun, with its 36" barrel! That was back in the early 70s, when you could get a Ruger Super Blackhawk, for 125 bucks!

You can't expect a gun like an Uzi to accept Glock mags. Due to the fact that Uzi's have proprietary magazines it still doesn't lose any points for me. It's too iconic of a firearm.

At the very least they need to allow unlicensed shooters to shoot. This is by far the most limiting factor in the popularity of the sport, but I understand Australia doesn’t even want anyone to have guns

It was a search warrant not an arrest warrant so the whole op from the get go was wrong. The whole op was criminal. The procedure for a search warrant was not followed and an innocent man was murdered. No sympathy for the alleged wounded agent who was a criminal home invader.

We have constant bills being written where our rights are eroded every day. Multiple angles are written to take away guns. If a nonviolent felon can't have a gun then watch how the laws will increase till every minor infraction becomes a felony.

I shoot Cowboy Action, thus I get plenty of practice and shooting for accuracy and speed in my competition. I like to use a double barrel 10 gauge with dual triggers (sawed off at 20 inch barrels) most of the time (or a 12 gauge 1897 Winchester). Loading and unloading under stress is a function of the game. If you would like to tell me that your AR platform is great because of the magazine capacity. Let me point out that a #4 Buckshot 3.5 inch 10 holds 54 pellets of .24 caliber. Basically, a 5.56 or .223 diameter and you will be hit with a larger number AT ONE TIME then shooting your AR. IF you are a big threat, I can "giv'em both barrels" at hit you with 108 pellets at one time. Yes, I do practice this also in competition when the stage allows. You can keep your AR, from across the yard distances, my shotgun works just fine.

Frankly I don't understand why a fully automatic firearm is considered to be so dangerous to these people. We took the M-16 which was originally select fire, full auto, and made them all semi auto or 3 round burst because it was determined in Vietnam and every war since a fully automatic rifle was invented that a fully automatic infantry rifle is basically useless for anything other than wasting a magazine full of ammo. So why are they so afraid of them ? Any fully automatic firearm lighter than a squad infantry, machine gun is nothing more than a novelty item when it comes to usability and our government knows this better than anyone !

Sitting here a few days ago a Jury in New York, packed with only Jurors that were sure to find him guilty, president Donald Trump was charged for something that is nor never has been a crime. There is no victim, thee is no evidence he knew about it at the time , nearly every person with enough money that others will come after them to try and take it, has had written up and agreed upon. There was no coercion, and he didn't even sign it and have it recorded, yet he was found guilty. Our legal system is no longer legal here in the US. The one thing that made the US the shining beacon an the hill, our judicial system where a man is innocent until proven guilty within a shadow of a doubt, has been corrupted and our once great nation is under attack from within by people that wish to bring us under the rule of the United Nations, along with Britain, and all of the countries in the EU.
