That’s disturbing
Thank you for your generosity. 9:39 After releasing a muscle you want to strengthen it in its ideal alignment. I'm proceeding to a sandbag lifting set.
I love the wholesome puns like "Match made in fascia" and "Breath Friends Forever" 😂🥰 Is it okay if I use those phrases in my yoga and meditation classes? 🧘🏼♂️
I always appreciate your knowledge and explanations.
Good morning, I have been interested in the topic of breathing for several years. When traveling by bus, I often try to breathe only the volume of air "in my nose" I was interested in the topic of breathing reduction... can you "get to know" your breathing capabilities/limits during the classes? determining the minimum number of breaths per minute or minimum tidal volume. Are there methods using re-breathing or breathing with a lean oxygen mixture? supervision of an instructor, maybe somewhere, someone conducts some interesting experiments related to breathing?

I have had so much benefit from your videos. Thank you from my heart.
Great stuff, thank you. I'm learning.
My whole life makes sense now. Seriously. I've been putting the pieces together for awhile but this really explains so much. I recently had surgeries for 2 issues concerning my diaphragm I had adhesions attaching my diaphragm and liver and then I had Median Arcuate Ligament Syndrome when the ligament is slightly hooked and creates all sorts of issues. Before I knew I had all this I was attempting to "fix" myself with yoga and diet but when I got to stretching my psoas all kinds of things started going funky. NOW it ALL makes sense. As I begin my long recovery I am very grateful for this information. It will help me very much moving forward. I would say, "I wish I knew this 2 years ago" but all good things in all good time. I learned about it today and it's just the right time. Thank you so much.
Very proud of you, good luck on your healing journey 👏
Amazing
Where can you get a ball like that? 😊
On Amazon
Is it best to have a hard or inflated ball?
Thank you! I really felt it under my right rib and it really helped loosen the entire area.
Thank you for the beauty and wisdom you bring,
Thank you for the positive impact you have on your viewers,
Thank you for sharing your talent with us,
👍🏼😊🙏🏼
Thanks! What is the ball called?
Great video, thank you.
I can’t find how to find the balls?
Just found your channel and I’m glued to it!
So fascinating! I’m using bare feet shoes and rolling my feet and my shoulders are doing well! I’ve had rotator cuff surgery and I’m trying to get my range of motion back. I’m so glad to see this connection. I believe it’s all connected. Thank you!
too much knee on that last one
Thinking of scoliosis. If the right shoulder is being pulled downward then one would release the line starting from left side of the head that wraps around down through into the right serrated anterior. I’ve been told that fascia doesn’t work well with stretching but better with SMR. What are your thoughts?
This is the most underrated therapy ever I spent about 18 hours the past week using this method and I cured what I thought was sciatica but it was just not built up over years and years. I had electricity shooting down my entire leg in pain and did not understand why. I started to use this therapy and it cured it after not a long time I would say and saved thousands of dollars
Thank you so much. You ve "saved "life..they gave me anti depressed médecines for my breath problem...although this was exactly my problem ! Thanks, thanks !
Me too!!! To be fair, it was causing me to have panic attacks, which then caused me extreme chronic anxiety and then depression... But I kept telling my doctors that something was up, and they just made me feel crazy. Never bothered to come up with any ideas or really actually look at me. Meanwhile I almost committed myself to the mental hospital because I thought I was properly losing it
so beautiful, very nice baby
Your exercises is the best 💖 thank you!..you are gorgeous, sweet and very beautiful Ladye!😘😘😘love you so much 💖💖💖
a lot of abdominal and stomach pressure, closure of the rib cage, short breaths. It was partly because of the hyper tense and tense psoas. Huge relief after these exercises. Thank you a thousand times
@tuneupfitness Do you have any suggestions for that tricep and elbow endpoint? I do a lot of Olympic weightlifting and I would like to know if there’s any steps for the front rack position, which includes the lats the triceps in the wrist.
Too complex, but something definately unthought of or never heard off, amazing!
This was absolutely awesome. Never knew about that psoas connection and I'm dying to try out the stretch
My gut baby is angry. :/
