Thank you for your generosity. 9:39 After releasing a muscle you want to strengthen it in its ideal alignment. I'm proceeding to a sandbag lifting set.

I love the wholesome puns like "Match made in fascia" and "Breath Friends Forever" 😂🥰 Is it okay if I use those phrases in my yoga and meditation classes? 🧘🏼‍♂️

Good morning, I have been interested in the topic of breathing for several years. When traveling by bus, I often try to breathe only the volume of air "in my nose" I was interested in the topic of breathing reduction... can you "get to know" your breathing capabilities/limits during the classes? determining the minimum number of breaths per minute or minimum tidal volume. Are there methods using re-breathing or breathing with a lean oxygen mixture? supervision of an instructor, maybe somewhere, someone conducts some interesting experiments related to breathing?

My whole life makes sense now. Seriously. I've been putting the pieces together for awhile but this really explains so much. I recently had surgeries for 2 issues concerning my diaphragm I had adhesions attaching my diaphragm and liver and then I had Median Arcuate Ligament Syndrome when the ligament is slightly hooked and creates all sorts of issues. Before I knew I had all this I was attempting to "fix" myself with yoga and diet but when I got to stretching my psoas all kinds of things started going funky. NOW it ALL makes sense. As I begin my long recovery I am very grateful for this information. It will help me very much moving forward. I would say, "I wish I knew this 2 years ago" but all good things in all good time. I learned about it today and it's just the right time. Thank you so much.

Thinking of scoliosis. If the right shoulder is being pulled downward then one would release the line starting from left side of the head that wraps around down through into the right serrated anterior. I’ve been told that fascia doesn’t work well with stretching but better with SMR. What are your thoughts?

This is the most underrated therapy ever I spent about 18 hours the past week using this method and I cured what I thought was sciatica but it was just not built up over years and years. I had electricity shooting down my entire leg in pain and did not understand why. I started to use this therapy and it cured it after not a long time I would say and saved thousands of dollars

Me too!!! To be fair, it was causing me to have panic attacks, which then caused me extreme chronic anxiety and then depression... But I kept telling my doctors that something was up, and they just made me feel crazy. Never bothered to come up with any ideas or really actually look at me. Meanwhile I almost committed myself to the mental hospital because I thought I was properly losing it

@tuneupfitness Do you have any suggestions for that tricep and elbow endpoint? I do a lot of Olympic weightlifting and I would like to know if there’s any steps for the front rack position, which includes the lats the triceps in the wrist.
