hello good sir, robbing bastard in 3rd aside may i enquire as to how you/the glorious D Mills attach the Insta cam to the cap peak? thinking of buying the camera but the sheer number of attachments etc is a tad overwhelming! Cheers
Haha! Yeah, of course. It's the easyclip that we use to attach to our caps. I'm pretty sure it comes with all bundles that come with any accessories!

Hello! How much mileage does D. Mills log per week when he's doing Zone 2 runs? Does he really run 40-50 km. per week only as stated in the first part of the video?
Hullo! Yeah, he's averaged that since Christmas roughly. 30-40K easy + 5-10K on parkrun/race week
@@CrownMyRun Thanks for responding! So he only does around 45 kilometers per week in total? I thought he logs so much mileage in a week because of how fast he is!
@@hufferhs4773 No worries! Yeah, he wants to do more but is trying to prevent injuries that stopped him running for the best part of 18 months!

@@nicnak4475 Thats a very good resting HR! Mine was 80 before I started running properly 2 years ago, down to just below 40 now!
