Double Threshold days all the craze these days so I fancy getting involved!
Come along to my first ever double threshold training day where I compare the original Nike Alphafly with the brand new Nike Alphafly 3 on their first ever outing.
This is ahead of a 10K goal race this weekend - where I am aiming for a Sub 38!

I got the absurdly named New Balance FuelCell SuperComp Elite v3 for £140, while the brand new v4 are £260. I'm sure the new ones are better, but are they really worth that much more? I will probably get the Alphafly 3 when the Alphafly 4 comes out!

Yeah, very unlikely they are worth that much more!! I'm keen to try some New Balance stuff soon - I think it's the only brand I don't own any shoes from!

How did you get a calorie beer count on Strava?

It's a browser extension called 'Sauce for Strava'! It's pretty cool, also let's you choose any distance you like and see what your quickest time was during any run.
How fast can you bowl in them?

So either originals are quite a bit faster or you really struggle to run in the sun on a hot day!

The last time I saw them brand new was on Nike's website in November. Not sure they will have them again to be honest!
