  Supercell support is ass lol, it got a bit better over the last few years but there are still people able to phish accs or do other things like convice them to change the name of a clan. And if you try to recover your own account... they literally cant help you most of the times.

  Thank you for speaking out on this matter. Clash of Clans used to be my favorite game of all time, and it has been getting ruined ever since Supercell sold their soul to the Devil. Any company owned by Tencent (i.e. owned by China) is destine to be ruined.

Is it sad YES! but if you dont like it just dont play it ive been playing it for 12 years and ive never once HAD to many anything to do anything in the game ive choosen to just cuz i can or wanted too you dont have to there so many people that play free to play its not even funny so do it just for fun not just cuz they have too.   I'm from Indonesia, and honestly i got 4 of my TH15 accounts for ranges between 15$ to 20$ each. I have no idea where did the reseller get that account from (he's a good guy) but us in Indonesia.... these kind of accounts do travel really fast. On a buyer side, i felt that it helped me cut my time playing very much (currently hold 16 active accounts and i spent $ on TH15 up) which benefits me and my clannies for CWL and daily wars. On the other side i gave up on recovering few of my old accounts which is an irony....

  In my friend's clan 10+ max COC accounts were hacked and gone. Tried to recover those accounts but all was in vain. Suppercell support says random stuffs and none works.

  It’s their terms and conditions at the end of the day though. Steam is pretty similar, you can spend thousands on games but they prohibit account trading. I think ‘ownership’ in live service games is pretty much non existent across the industry. Runescape, Fortnite, WoW all have similar policies too. I’m not saying that’s a good thing, but that’s just how it is. The really messed up part is when these companies can basically delete a game from your library that you’ve spent money on if they no longer want to run the servers

  My Epic games ID got hacked sometimes back, it was a genuine hacker who hacked it and not support that handed it over to the hacker , supercell should learn something from them.

  I lost my townhall 10 account. Stupid customer support is not helpful to get back. I bought an account which was townhall 11 later. But deleted the account through in-game support as I feeled akward playing an account I didn't max.
