  I wish I could remember the wrestler who gave me the term legal pain but he was one of the best pinners in wrestling. It seems like this is a normal idea in wrestling but not as much in other sports

  These Dagestani fighters made the UFC fighters realise two main points ONCE AGAIN 1. Its a respect sport, and they should have a warriors code of conduct in and outside the cage. 2. Its Mixed martial arts (MMA) not stand and duke it out to just please THE BLOOD LUST of Dana and the fans to sell PPV. The agenda pushed by Dana on the fighters to be able to sell PPV by standing toe to toe and duking it out to please the fans blood lust was financially a good strategy but the art of being a well rounded highly skilled MMA fighter got lost amongst it all. Islam seems to tick all the boxes he excites the fans and is a high level well rounded MMA fighter the best around in UFC skills wise.

  Probably not I think part of Islam finishing the darce was Dustin’s nose being broke and unable to breathe through it and Islam has what is obviously an insane squeeze. Charles isn’t as strong as Islam

  I was going largely off of memory but the position is largely the same. He just followed Dustin to the other side. I still find falling towards the elbow on the darce to be easier

  I can definitely make a video on the arm triangle but I think Islams back muscles are just that strong and Olivera was stunned so that made it worse too. There is a way out but when it’s that deep it’s unlikely.

  They are both Judo and Sambo. The upper body throws are Judo throws but in all actuality Sambo incorporates all of Judo. Next video I’ll add a slow motion demonstration of the technique as well. Thank you for the feedback.

  I highly doubt it the average level of grappling in the UFC isn’t at the caliber to pull it off consistently and getting to the ankle is hard. I kinda want to experiment with getting to the ankle on the cage rather than out in the open. I think it may be easier.

  I love watching you and learning. I have been going to both the fitness and wrestling gym for 3 months. I will also start kickboxing, my legs are genetically strong. I am 23 years old. I have not been able to adapt myself fully for the last 2 years due to some psychological reasons. My goal is to become a Welterweight fighter fighting in the UFC in 4 years. Do you have any advice for me? These seem difficult, yes, but I don't have much of a purpose in my life, I want to live towards at least one goal, maybe it won't happen, but I will be satisfied.

  From all my friends who are into mma say bang out as many ammy fights as you can early to get experience before transitioning to pro then slow down a little bit and be smarter with your opponents. Definitely get a few smokers in with the experience you have now then get started in ammy asap if that’s your timeline. I hope the goal gives you purpose. You will probably have to be generally single minded and put aside women and partying almost completely to make it happen on that timeline.
