Texas Sambo is growing quickly so it could happen some day

Highschool wrestler (back in the day) bjj blue belt, sambo looks like a ton of fun. Any advice for how to get involved if there are no training centers near where I live

If there’s no places around I’d ask people at BJJ to do rounds under Sambo ruleset or find a Judo dojo and do the same thing then go to a few Sambo tournaments. If you don’t mind putting your round about location I could probably steer you in the right direction

Thx, I'm currently near Vermont. I'd be curious to try a comp, just to experience the different rule set.

I’m sorry for the late response but I don’t know of anyone over there but if you are ever willing to make a trip Philly has some good places.
