Buyers and Giftgivers Beware! It's hard to stay focused on creating and painting when you have to deal with swollen paint tubes and exploding defective paint caps! Dealing with product problems on the corporate level was horrible! I've never dealt with such negative customer service! I was told that I must contact the giver of the gift and obtain proof of purchase from Arteza or one of their numerous marketing partners, such as Michaels or Amozon etc. And provide proof of purchase before they would deal with their product failure issues! Now I've heard it all! I'd Lol but it's not funny. Knowing just how many full sets of Arteza products I have and own... the 60 count watercolors, gouache and acrylics, the 48 count brushes pens, 2 gel pen sets, mutiple watercolor journals and sketchbooks. So as a loyal customer I'm both disgusted and done with the company after experiencing how they treat loyal customers when there's a problem with the manufacturing of one of their many products. Why proof and pictures are not enough for them to correct a manufacturing problem is beyond me! I received 60 count paint set as a gift for Mother's Day... and unless I contact the giftgiver and produce a receipt Arteza will not do to anything to correct the problem and product failure. I did not ask for a refund! I simply notified the company and asked them to provide acceptable replacements for the tubes that are exploding... which the customer service person refused to do because I couldn't provide her proof of where the set was purchased. What does that have to do with product failure? A responsible company would have immediately corrected the issue, apologized ansd sent a replacements for the faulty product. I also own numerous tubes of of paimts from Castle, Jane Davenport, Paul Rubens, Winsor Newton, Sennelier, Golden and Liquitex, Posca... if I have a problem with a product, paint or the tube (which is rare but does happen) I simply contact the companies shoot them a picture or video or the issue and a replacement is sent. In fact, Golden kindly sent out a 5oz tube instead of 2 oz when a problem occurred. I use student grade and paints like Arteza for painting with my many grandchildren... but as soon as my Arteza paints are gone they will not be replaced. I'm done with Arteza after the very rude encounter!

This is an interesting video. However, it would be far more helpful to have a camera looking straight down at her painting so that we can actually see the brush stokes being demonstrated.
