Funny that they have a series called Palapeli, palapeli is jigsaw puzzle in Finnish and I'm pretty sure that's where the name come from. Otherwise it would be a hell of a coincidence.

It will be nice if you would show us at the beginning whole haul and keep it on the table. I feel lost about presentation - puzzle here, puzzle there...at the end I have no clue what I saw. But very beautiful puzzles. I like a lot puzzles from the only danish puzzle store. Lady owner has a great taste. ❤
That is a good idea, but with my setup I can't really do that. There's no table in front of me, only a daybed 😉. But I could film an overview of all the puzzles at the end of the video. I never thought about that, but I actually think I will do that going forward 😊. Do you think that would help you? Thank you for the idea 😁

Oh, we spoke at the DM and I didn't realize I'd watched one of your videos! I'm the one from Queen Puzzlers who JUST didn't make it into the individual final. I watched your video on the puzzle shop in Elsinore. I went on a day trip later with a friend and bought a fancy dragon Paperblank puzzle, so thanks for the recommendation! I can definitely relate to what you said about not experimenting with technique that much. I only really got into a speed that I liked enough to start thinking more about experimenting about a week before the contest and that would have been a terrible time to try something really new 😂One thing I've found is that I'm definitely faster on licensed puzzles, partly because I can start building different places at once. That's something I want to practice with more regular puzzles as well, allowing myself to put any pieces I notice together, even if I'm technically working on a different part.
Hi again 😁. I'm glad I can inspire you to new puzzles 😉. Have you done the puzzle yet, and if yes, what did you think about it? I think the most difficult thing for me, will actually just be to try different tactics, and not just automatically revert back to what I'm used to 😆.

Congratulations Anna on coming third in the pairs championship. It’s such a wonderful hobby. We are going to our first championship here in Australia just as spectators. @@a_puzzling_lamb Hi Nanna, yes we have each State Championship (Western Australia, South Australia, Tasmania, Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland)plus the Australian nationals. The Australian Jigsaw Association are a vibrant organisation. At the local level there are puzzle get togethers usually at pubs. Virtual speed puzzling competitions, so to be honest we are very lucky. Thank you for the time you take to present we really appreciate it. M+C😄😎

It really was a fun event! And I was also super impressed by how well organized it was :D I did use the trade table, it was such a fun idea and I got a couple of fun puzzles through it. And I uh... I may or may not have purchased a smaller mountain of puzzles from the shop. How could you not with that selection to those prices! xD I only joined individual and was in group A too and got 3rd place, then 9th in the finals. So happy with those places! ^.^ I will most likely not join next year though, I'm not a social person and I'm definitely not a competitive person. That high energy, full of stress and anxiety got me so sick by the time I got home. I threw up twice before I could fall asleep and then felt sick most of Sunday. I will still continue to speed puzzle at home though! You just get in the zone in a way you just don't with regular puzzling. I love it. And I'm still considering joining an online competition, just to try that out. Maybe one day ^.^
It was indeed very difficult not to buy any puzzles, but I have just bought so many recently, that I knew I had to be good and resist 😉. Wow, that's some amazing placements, congratulations 👏🥳. I can definitely understand you. I'm not a very social person either and it took me about a week before I was back to my normal self 😆. What really helped for me, was that it was all about something I'm very passionate about. And also that I had my team members with me both days, so there were some people I already knew. I also really tried to constantly remind myself that it actually didn't really matter to me how I placed, but that I was there to have fun (but still trying my best of course 😉). The only thing I was really nervous about was getting to the final. I'm trying my first online competition on Thursday, and I have already signed up for two more 😁. It's exciting to see how different that experience is from a in person competition 😊

You all did very well and can be pleased with your results. A really unique trophy and one to treasure. Some interesting images for the competition. Aaargh, Lupins but probably better as a pairs rather than an individual puzzle. I did that puzzle and it took me just over five hours to complete, difficult puzzle for me. I hope you do well with the Euro Jam competition and the puzzle will be one that you like.

I think you have some very good times, considering you only had two months to train 😊👏 The Cheshire Cat took me over two hours 😵💫🫠 I will do that one again before world's as good practise for challenging puzzles.

Shipping costs can be really annoying 🙄. I very rarely buy anything from outside the EU, because I risk paying A LOT of VAT and import charges 😬
The idea of the passport is interesting. I just started my channel but giving each puzzle I make away is part of what I want to do. But if you really like a puzzle it would be hard to let it go. I'm creating custom small puzzles, so mine will be different. I like how you Dated the last piece. I seen someone else do that and have thought about doing that myself. ENjoyed.
A long time ago I saw someone write the date on the last puzzle piece (I don't remember who) and I have done it ever since 😊. I love the idea that the next person doing the puzzle will find the piece, and hopefully also write on their final piece 😊. I also once, when I did a puzzle for the second time, tried that it was the exact same final piece as the first time I did the puzzle 😮😁

Hi Nana, can you review one or any of the following Haru, Lost Walls and or Art and Fable. It’s a great puzzle haul, it’s also difficult here in Oz to get some of them but we are in Europe later in the year so here’s hoping😄.
I'm definitely considering reviewing Lost Walls and I won't rule out the others either 😁. Good luck finding puzzles when you come to Europe 🤞😊. It's always fun to hunt for puzzles when in another country. Yesterday I was on a day trip to Flensburg in Germany, only about one hour from my home, and I found a few puzzles I can't get in Denmark 😁
