WELCOME. My name is Jeanelle, and I'm here to share with you delicious foods from around the world. My foundation is in Filipino food, and my favorite thing to do is to introduce someone to their NEW favorite dish!

There's no hard line between dishes from different cultures; there's a common thread between foods from all areas of the world. No such thing as “authentic” food either. If it's made with good intentions and tastes AMAZING, I'm all for it!!

I also love to travel to explore food from other cultures to learn about food history and how it show up in our world today. Thanks for watching!

Everyone is giving you a hard time about eating tuna on a plane which, if heated up & then eaten, I would agree, but looks like you're eating it cold, & I personally don't feel like the smell of tuna is THAT horribly potent once fully prepared like your meal (fresh out of a can yes though). Anyway, looks friggin delicious!!

I used to have two - one for my gluten free granddughter's bread. I found it does everything just fine, but I HATE those holes in the bottom of the loaf. And since I've quit using a bred machine, I make any kind of bread or shape I'm in the mood for. Very freeing. Bottom line, though, is if your goal is to have a simple but delicious homemade tasting loaf of bread, the machine will do it for you. I did spend a period of time using the bread machine to make the dough, then doing the rest outside the machine.

lots of comments shaming her for her tuna choice. I disagree. I'm sure the mayo cooled down the smell a little and like the air is so gorgeous on a plane anyway?! Great snacks!!

We still use it in Sri Lanka in some homes. The scraping blade is made higher with a metal attachment. Some don't straddle the seat they sit astride. This method is the best to get all the flesh out. It's also a development of a skill and an exercise as well. Today there are hand scrapers amd they are attached to tables. Still exertion is needed and the skill of holding the coconut correctly.

My grandmother would put mozzarella in her hot chocolate. It would make the cheese soft and slighty sweet. She’s eat the softened cheese with a spoon, I ended up picking up the same habit. It’s comfort food.
