Speed that shit up, let's see it stamping quicker
Production speed is related to application and numerous other variables. AIDA provides presses that run from 1 to 800 strokes per minute. If the application calls for it and allows for it - based on material specifications, automation, part production requirements, etc. - the press can definitely "keep up". If you're looking for a higher speed press, kindly take a look at the AIDA MSP, HMX, or NSX presses.

You guys put together six AIDAs for the company I work for in 2005. Two 880 ton, two 1500 ton, a 400 ton and a 200 ton, all mechanical presses. Out of those 6, one got sold to a different company, and the other five are still going strong almost two decades on. The 880 I run has been the only one to have major issues in the past five years, and that was from no fault of the press itself, rather a shortfeed while the press was running 40 SPM through 6mm steel. Only time I've seen a 880 hit well over a thousand tons. The guys that came out and put it back together said the ram was half an inch off from corner to corner, and they still got it dialed back in and running again within three days. That's a testament to both the longevity and integrity of the presses themselves, as well as the dedication of the people involved in every step of the process. From an operator, thank you. You guys keep the lights on for thousands of people

Hella bro, if the 20 year old AIDA 880 ton I run is still worth a few mil I dont even want to know how much this behemoth of a press costs to buy, let alone operate for a shift
No AIDA is not the only press manufacturer in North America. THE MINSTER MACHINE COMPANY in Minster Ohio has been here since 1896 and still going strong even if it was purchased by NIDEC in 2012.

The text wasn't meant to mislead, and if you read it in its entirety, you'll see the complete statement is: "AIDA-America is the only press manufacturer in North America with the experience and capability to design, build, service and support servo presses this large and larger". This quote is in reference to the 2,000 metric ton servo press being assembled in the video. AIDA stands by that statement. Our manufacturing facility, and North American headquarters, in Dayton, OH remains a unique manufacturing operation in the US for advanced stamping press engineering and manufacturing.

Hemos comprado una aida 630, y me es muy curioso como tiene dos modalidades de trabajo. La tipica 360° y basculante. Especial para transfer ya que se puede regular la velocidad según grados. Espectacular maquina, mayormente trabajo con marca arisa muy buena herramienta . La arisa 1000 tranferizada con norda va muy bien a 30gm. Aida no la conociamos y la verdad es que nos sorprende la finura. Gra cias por estas maravillosas herramientas. A los mecanicos prensistas nos agiliza mucho los montajes y ajustes.
