This 400 ton progressive die servo press is shown with two die setups at Marwood International in Tillsonburg, Ontario, Canada. The DSF-M2-4000 AIDA Servo Press was designed and manufactured in Dayton, OH at AIDA-America. The second die shown in the video makes use of an in-die staking operation, which eliminated secondary processing and increased part production to a rate of 48 PPM.
