  Great machine, wich thickness has the sheetmatel?4-5mm thickness and a roundabout 35to40mm mold/matrix? Sorry for very Bad english. Greatings from Germany, i work with Metal,sometimes Titan on cutting,bending, lasercutting and sometimes welding from 0.5 up to 20mm thickness

  I run an HDS like this, but possibly a little bigger. I rarely run parts this size, though. I make big electrical cabinets and parts for cabinets or sometimes bend smaller parts that are 1/3-3/8"

  Why are the parts not up on pallet jacks? Those guys are making me dizzy watching them. They should have a table to set the part on and spin the part instead of spinning the participants.

  I was wachting how well two men are working together in sequence. Watching how the machine bends the metal. I read the comment section ,and how people are writing,how not to work hard . Is that our society today . How not to work hard . Surprised no one mentioned why they dont stop and check their cell phones .

  Isn't it sad that's the way it is these days. I'm in my mid 40s and was taught you work because you're getting paid. They're doing it the way they are because that's the way they were trained. I don't know different why would I tell them? Why would anyone tell them. And I hate the endless social media. You work at work and you live outside of work. Seems simple enough.

  Parts are to far away from press. Get em closer, less time spent carrying means faster production means better efficiency. Wouldn’t last 2 minutes at r place

  Well, it was only a small run of a few parts that needed to get out the door. We could have rearranged everything or we could’ve knocked it out real quick. We chose to get it done.
