When I was 4 years old I used to have very long thick hair not its short and thin I want to grow my hair back thick healthy and strong I’m 37 years old my hair is not growing back I tried everything I got my hair trim last year it won’t grow back again I want to grow my 7 year Old daughter hair and my 4 year old son hair too as well when I touch the end of my hair so much hair comes on my hands I want to stop my hair from shedding and breaking my daughter has shrinkage hair my 4 year old son when I grease his scalp it dry out fast

Siiiiiiis please I highly recommend to not microwave your hair oil. Please look into how harmful microwave waves are. You are getting rid of all the potent nutrients in the oil by microwaving it. I recommend maybe putting the oil in a warm bowl of water for hot oil treatment but do not microwave.
