For all your hair and scalp needs!
Hey Curl Friends! I know it can be very overwhelming for some when it comes to starting your natural curly hair journey. Whether you did a big chop, or you’re transitioning, there are important things you need to know and consider before you begin your journey. In this video, I’ll be sharing with you the most important things to consider such as: your hair’s texture, density and porosity. I’ll also share with you some of my favourite products!
#proudmane #naturalhair #curlyhair
NOTE: In this video I did mention a few products that aren’t necessarily compatible with my hair texture/density; however, there are ways around using a product that isn’t suitable for your hair. I’d like to also add the reason why I use those products is because I typically buy products for my daughter’s hair instead of mines - and I use whatever she uses mostly to cut cost. BEING A CURLY GIRL/NATURAL HAIR GIRL IS NOT CHEAP Y’ALL! And if you live in Canada, like myself, the cost of these natural hair products are RIDICULOUS! If you know, you know!

Heeey Ava! 😃 missed you. The only suggestion that I have is the occasional use of a steamer for deep conditioning. Your informed suggestions were great for me & have been using practically each one of these products. Todays Amazon delivery actually included Mielle's Rosemary Mint Strengthening Masque that you mentioned. I also purchased the Rosemary Mint Strengthening Shampoo as well. I'm excited to try them both for the first time. Ayurvedic hot oil treatments are a must for my daughter and I either as a pre-poo or as a gloss with store bought deep conditioning treatments.

Thanks so much for sharing this video and your awesome tips!! I have high density Curly hair 3b/3c in the back low porosity. No lie I use practically all of this products from time to time. I'm more into Ayurverdic DIY's lately. But there are times I need to use store bought products. I really enjoyed your video thanks!! God bless and stay safe 🙏🏾🥰🌺🦋

Thanks for sharing! You know what's strange? I was high porosity, and after this pregnancy I'm low porosity. I have no idea how or what happened. Anyway, I love a good DIY too but I've never completely given up on my store bought products 😅

@@ProudMane Wow! Maybe was due to the pregnancy your hormones do change so our body goes a little bit wacko when we're pregnant! Maybe that's the reason as time goes by you'll go back to your normal porosity depending on how your hormones are doing. Yes it's a little hard to only do DIY sometimes you need some type of product. Thanks for sharing as well very interesting. Enjoy your weekend 🙏🏽🥰
