In that order and boy it leaves my hair so moisturized for days. They are heavy products, but take small amounts when you apply them. You will thank me for it later. I really do hope this helps someone. Thank You, kindly Proud Mane, for allowing me to share on your platform. 😊🤩😙👍🏽♥️🙏🏽

I'm a rather (instant,) person. I (Love,) a hair process that is (quick!) 😄 I had though about letting my hair grow longer. But, I stated thinking and was like: Oh, God, it will take more time.😫 I'll have to pray, about that one, some more!😄 But, your hair, sweetheart,it looks (Great.)😀

Ava I need your help. I made the mistake of using a Gloss on my hair twice in a week (first one I use usually and has moringa and amla, second one with fenugreek for the first time) and my hair got split ends. I think I got a protein overload. I dusted my hair by myself and did a hydrating mask to return moisture into my hair. Now it feels a lot better but my curl pattern is still in "shock". What should I do next? Is there a way to use fenugreek to my low/medium porosity hair without getting a protein overload? Should I just stick to moringa and amla? What are the powders I can use?

@@reaanthi9601 Welcome ;). Yes I use it all the time (high po hair) and lo po girls too. Make sure when you cut the leaf of the plant to first drain it upside down in a little container with water so the yellow/red poison can drain out. Then you cut the side and top of the outer green layer to get to the flesh. Blend the pieces you cut, strain the gel and your liquid gold is ready! Also make sure not to use any sprays or leave ins containing protein to get back to your normal hair state. Don't panic, it can take about 3 moisturizing weekly treatments before your hair feels normal again. I have done it twice so I know this works. Good luck!

It wasn't for me but if you have tighter coils it might be harder to get out, yes. I used a setting on my shower head that "blasted" the coffee grounds out.

Good hair is healthy hair. I believe genes plays a major part in the speed of growth. You definitely don't have to have so-called "good genes" to have long beautiful hair. Take care of your hair and what you put into your body. Have a consistent routine and keep your scalp clean.
