I have a 3year business diploma from Canada and I am thinking to take aphr and then get entry level hr role then 4 years of experience ..then do the sphr exam ? Would I be able to get a job this way? And do you think I would be able to move up to better positions with experience?? Please try to help

I will be taking my exam in a couple months. Are these videos helpful for 2020 aPHR exam, is the info outdated? I don't want to watch and study if the info is not relevant to the 2020 exam. Any tips? Thank you :)

Great videos! I do want to know if eligibility for FMLA is only after 1 year of service or 1250 hours worked but you kept mentioning 1 year or 26 weeks. I did not see 26 weeks anywhere else, maybe it has changed over the years?
