OSHA stands for either Occupational Safety and Health Association or Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970.
OSHA statutory reporting requirements mandate reporting records are kept for 5 years.
OSHA 300 Form is in essence a log of injuries that have happened over the year.
OSHA 300A Form is the summary of the OSHA 300 Form. This form must be posted in a conspicuous place from February 1 - April 30th each year.
OSHA 301 Form asks for basic information, such as name, address, birth date, who the tending medical provider was, what happened, and what the employee was doing prior to injury.

Hey, this a great intro to OSHA; it’s on point 💯 The questions were on my previous class quiz, except #10, but it was good to know 😉 Thus far, I’ve scored As on my 1st exam and 1st quiz, which covered the introduction, Safety & Health Program & Standards, Haz Comm, and Haz Materials. Tomorrow’s exam covers WWS, Record keeping, Electrical, HazComm & HazMat, and Worker’s Comp. Wish me well 😉 The final exam, which requires 70% or higher to pass, is scheduled 12/15 😃 Again, thanks for the overview refresher & quiz, which I passed 💃🏽 When the course is done, I too will make a video with all my notes with test Qs. Thanks again❗️
