4 Must Know HR/aPHR Union Laws Taft-Hartley Act Wagner Act Landrum-Griffin Act&Norris-LaGuardia Act

In order to help remember 4 major union laws I've created a (free aphr) practice test and answer key. Link is below the video description below.
There are 4 Major Laws pertaining to non-railway union laws in America. The Norris LaGuardia Act of 1932, National Labor Relations Act (Wagner Act) of 1935, Labor Management Relations Act (Taft-Hartley) of 1947 and Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act (Landrum Griffin Act) of 1959.

I love reading the comments that are critical and think to myself “can I please compare it to your videos”? Oh, you haven’t made any. I totally appreciate the time put in to help others pass by this creator.

Thank for sharing this. I take my exam on January 4th and I signed up for it before I read that it was suggested I give myself at least 6 months to study. At the time of signing up, I had exact two months to study. I know I can back out of the exam, but at this point, I feel like I need to go forward. So I've been watching your videos and taking notes. I start my masters in Human Resource Management on January 14th and I'm really excited for that! Anyway, thank you again for taking the time to make these videos. I heard you say in one of your videos that you or your partner are from Ohio. If you're ever in the Columbus area and want to talk HR, let me know! I'm trying to build up my HR network as I go. Take care!

Closed union shops are strong union shops, Taft Hartley was meant to weaken unions and workers rights. It’s a nasty law!

The Taft-Hartley Act needs to be repealed. You left out major parts of it, so I believe it could give the misrepresentation that the law was to ''protect'' employees when it was really a plan to break the militancy of labor and crush workers' rights. The spirit of the Taft-Hartley Act couldn't be more different than the Norris-LaGuardia Act and the Wagner Act.
