  Damn, why did I think Izzy’s monologue was three minutes long? It impacted me so much emotionally I had remembered it much, much longer than a few sentences. Just how powerful those few sentences were, I guess! Life this show.

  People underestimate the responsibility and power of the screenwriter. To have a vision, then try to accurately describe that vision on paper, then have an actor reproduce that vision and finally for a viewer to feel that vision is a feat that is hard to accomplish as effectively as it done in this scene.

  1:23 maaaaan Izzy looks so vulnerable there. The character development he had was amazing. Con deserves more recognition, I really hated Izzy and then he became my fav character.

  Okay, I’ll admit I’m not the hugest Izzy fan and neither was my partner when they started watching the show. In fact, they hated him lol. Never liked Izzy and how he treated the crew and especially Ed in season 1. When we both started watching season 2, I was sorta taken aback by the whole vibe around it. The second season felt. off. I know im not the only one. I didn’t hate how they killed off Izzy. But I can see how it rubbed some people off the wrong way. And even I have to admit, I knew someone was gonna die, and I figured it would be Izzy, but the way it was executed just seemed. Eh??? Like did he really need to die?? After all the progress and development his character was getting in season 2??? Me n my partner were starting to love Izzy! It sucks how this show got cancelled abruptly. Could’ve gottten to see so much more. Season 2 felt like a pat on the back instead of a hug.

  "she needed more soft in her life and I see that now. I just don't do soft" I love this admission that Olu has a love language that she needs but auntie just isn't equipped to provide properly. If Olu in the first episode of the season had told her to be softer she'd have killed him outright. Such good writing

  This show fully understands it's fans. Feels like it hasn't really capitalised on us enough. I want a lego set! I want merch! I want a dvd with extras and cut scenes and outtakes! I want this to be a viable model for shows to be built on
